The Board of Trustees of the Monterey Bay Symphony has unanimously approved changing the organization's name to Monterey County Pops!.

This name change will have no effect on the mission and goals but – in fact – will bring a crystal clear understanding of the brand that serves all of Monterey County with free concerts played by professional musicians emphasizing popular and patriotic music.
